City Center | Two Hotelschool Friends | Culinary Combo’s

Last Friday, we grabbed a Rosèl and a John at Rosèl, and let’s just say… we’re still thinking about them. Dreaming about the golden, fresh focaccia piled high with bold, balanced flavors. Comfort food with a refined twist, fine dining on a sandwich.

The duo behind Rosèl both have a background in Hospitality. One runs the show out front, the other has a solid culinary background, including time spent in the kitchen at Caron. A dream team, two friends doing what they love.

We’re certain it’s a great asset to the neighborhood! Oh, and we tried matcha for the first time, with coconut milk and ice!! Their coffee is from @luuks.coffee and they also sell amazing home made cookies! Do we need to say more?
